The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. We found the room clean and tidied up by the time we got back from our walk. The mini bar is cheap too! It was also quiet especially if you take into consideration the location (below Istiklal) with all the bars and clubs around. I don't know about summertime but noise-wise it was ok. A value-for-money choice for travelers and young couples who want to visit Istanbul. It is cl. all reviews
the room is small but very clean and cozy, bathroom is nice, bed is comfortable. staffs are super kind and talkative, also very helpful while facing a foreign solo traveler like me, helped find what I was looking for, even helped check flight schedules online for me meeting in another city! location is great, just 3 minutes walk to the busy street, surrounded by multiple kinds of restaurants, bars, and clubs, and also close to a metro station. I'd definitely stay here if I visit Istanbul again.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, and breakfast, included in the room price, was delicious. The minibar is in a little fridge but there's enough room in there to cool your water bottles overnight. 24-hr staff was a nice bonus too, Istanbul is a beautiful city day AND night. I wanted a place with its own bathroom, breakfast included, and close to the tourism area, all of which I got from hotel Au Pera.
If you're planning to have the best location and stay out all day, this hotel is amazing. The internet isn't that troubling. comfortable bed and amazingly friendly staff.
Massive room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom (with heated floors), great shower, nice clean hotel in a reletively central part of town, very friendly and helpful staff.
Great helpful and friendly staff. I always stay at Au Pera whenever I visit Istanbul. Quiet neighboorhood and a stone's throw from the lively nightlife of Istanbul.
The location is very cool, is a nice area, for shopping, bar, restaurant, in good position per walk in the middle. very nice. The people very friendly.
outstanding staff nothing was to much trouble for any of them always friendly and professional and very willing to help in any way possible.
Location was perfect, very close to main shopping street Istiklal Caddesi and many good restaurants and public transport via Tunel subway.
It was a very nice place..Staff were very helpful and kind..
rooms were very nice but a bit small..
- Great service, employees kept smiling.
- Clean
- Value for money
- Excellent location.
Nice bathroom, breakfast not bad. Great location.
Staffs have excellent work ethics.
service is perfect.
Modern decor, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and powerful shower, all cleaned immaculately every day. Very professional, friendly English speaking receptionists and helpful, smiling staff. Excellent, free wi-fi. Hotel is close to many visitor attractions, shops, bars and restaurants in the area, and within easy walking distance of Istanbul's main tourist sights, with other forms of transport to them available close to the hotel..
The staff were very helpful and polite. The arranged for us to park our cars even though they didn't have to.The rooms and the hotel in general were elegantly furnished and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was spacious and very clean.
Though breakfast was ok, it could have more variety, it was a bit boring.
very little dishes for breakfast, I almost didn't know what to eat just stared at the buffet table.
I was a little bothered that I had to pay extra for non-drip coffee (cappuccino, Turkish coffee), with breakfast. This was not a huge deal.
Just a bit cramped up, and not too much space. Hotel breakfast is plain, but you should be having breakfast on istiklal anyway.
Strong smell of chlorine from the water in the sink. Requested a room on the quiet side of the hotel, got the street side, which was noisy! No bar/restaurant in hotel, so had to venture out for evening meals! Other than that, lovely place!.
dimension camera, but for the price is good.
nightclub noise friday and saterday night as had an early flight sunday apart from that realy enjoyed being there.
Noise from a next-door nightclub, but luckily only at saturday night until midnight.
The breakfast could have been a bit better..
- Breakfast was a bit boring.
WiFi internet is crap. It works rarely and mostly dead.
Superior double Bedroom was smaller than i expected and the view from the window was a wall (not a problem while you are sleeping or out sightseeing most of the time). Too few English language channels on t.v. The breakfast choice was limited and never varied.
The rooms were very small. The breakfast, although with a couple of local delicacies, not so good.
Oda çok küçüktü.
