Cozy and modern apartment. No breakfast but some tasteful pastries and bottles of water were provided for free at the reception. Friendly staff, they allowed me to check out at 5 PM because I had a late flight and the room was not booked the next day. The hotel is in a quiet street very close to the lively area with bars, restaurants and shops. It's a 10 minute walk to the tram stop Tophane for a direct connection to old town.

The construction in the next building did not disturb us because we were sleeping only at nights! and during daytime with closed windows we did not hear much of noise. I was here before and i liked it, therefore i came again. I can recommend this hotel especially to people who likes a little bit of luxury but in a low profile way. Above this, it is a quiet place with decent visitors and very nice staff. I hope it will stay this way in the future. If so i will come all the time back to this nice hotel. Location, security, great design, excellent bed and bathroom, very comfortable and pretty. Not possible to sleep in, even with earplugs. In general I found the prices quite high for accommodation (our stay was in May). A very small window and little light. One or two pots/pans would immensely improve the kitchen. - Random cleaning. Nothing really!. Nothing. There were some little flaws like wifi connection that didn't work well and some other small things but it was because of the start up of the hotel. They work on it. Some of the staff didn't speak English. There were constructions in the next building which made a lot of noise. No comforter on the bed- just a thin top sheet. Soap and shampoo is not replaced daily. The balcony faced a wall;. We had a small kitchen but the one room was without hotplate, and the one with hotplate was without pots. A little tricky to find. Rooms are very tiny. Balcony facing wall of neighbour building, so no view. The apartment was very clean the first day. But, nobody came in 5 days; nor to remove the trash or to replace the toilet paper. there was construction going on outside. Expensive. I had a room where the AC unit leaked--over the bed--and the light would intermittently turn on and off. Reception handled it relatively well switching me to another room and gave back about half of one room nights rate without asking. Good response but ultimately, having said they knew about the leaking before, I question only e40 discount for what was my worse night in a hotel ever. - Very loud street near-by - Very loud construction works near-by from 08:00 morning till 19:00 evening - Very small rooms - Very dated interior - Broken lamps in the room, almost no light available - Very thin walls, so one can hear everything in hotel lobby (very inconvenient when some drunken guests come back at 03:00 morning) Overall quite bad experience, will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
