The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. The bids are very comfortable which was very important after a very long day walking. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, and i prefered to stay in old city istanbul and take the tram to visit places rather than stay in the busy taksim area. i think this was a great decision.

I had King Deluxe room with terrace - no good view, but very quiet. The Hotel is located near to the Sultanamet area and it was very convenient to cover places like Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque etc. New hotel very close to grand bazaar and slutanAhmed, lots of currency exchange around with good rates. Good location, hotel security and good room amenities. The room is bit small. nothing specific. Shower was old and the attachments were faulty. So the power was almost non existent and could not point down kept going to the side. Really disappointing. The Terrace food was not impressive - as average as the cafe's in the old town. No English movie channels for business travelers on Sky. nothing superb hotel all round. There was a lot of light that came into our room at night through the bathroom window. The room service was hugely expensive and we didn't always get exactly what we ordered. Nothing. Did not get enough shower gel and body lotion. Restaurant and bar prices were excessive, although terrace bar was pleasant and breakfast had an impressive choice. prices for coffee and OJ were outragious. 60.00 turkish lira for 2 cups of coffee and 2 glasses of OJ. almost nothing. Wi-Fi should be included in the room price - like TV and heating. Not many hotels hcarge for WiFi. Very noisy street in front of the hotel. Staff sometimes gave the wrong information when asked about traffic connections. No free wifi access in the room. Lack of wifi Internet. Internet is only available for a fee in business center. -Not enough english TV channels -bathroom quite small. Extra Charge for wifi. no free wifi... excessive wifi price,high restaurant price. Internet is not free. room size is small and the view of the rooms is not good specially those looking inside. Small room for a 5 stars hotel. The terrace was covered by plants, not much of a view. Too many badly controlled children running around during breakfast. Suggest you have a 'family' area for them!. The breakfast is quite boring. You should change menu now and then. the rooms were too smal and no space to move even the chair, they charge too much for a wi-fi, they charge too much for breakfast. The internet access was free but poor. The lack of bath tub in the room, and it wasnot mentioned in the room info that there is only shower,. Nothing. Area rush and crowded. To hot a/c was not working. Very busy and conjested area. paying for Wi Fi with value of the room it should be free. Some rooms with street view can be noisy. Some rooms have windows inside the hotel. Bar is quite expensive and doesn't offers narghile (hookah). There are no bathrobe in room (but you can take it from the spa). The Standard Rooms are small. The location is in a traffic jam, lots of beggers and poor people front of the hotel, bell boy didn't take care of our bags on arrival very bad attitude from the security men, disappointing airport pick up and drop off, there taxi driver do not know most of the famous restaurants in Istanbul, I rate the hotel 4* and they only gave us 1 cookie each !!! I visited doubletree in the us and they gave cockies each time they see you ! But if you want the grand bazaar this will be the hotel to stay in. A bath tub would be a nice touch to the room.
