Location Location Location was just perfect, Grand Bazar Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet) and Hagia Sophia all with-in a walking distance or you can just jump on the Tram because it's a 3 Min walk from Hotel. I had the pleasure of Meeting Mr Hussein the owner of the Hotel at breakfast one day who made sure we were well looked after. The staff were extremely helpful to us with directions and recommendation to help us make theist of our stay. The Staff were brilliant. Friendly most of the time. Clean and tidey room. Wifi can only be used with one device. Reception Staff not especially friendly. In our room the window was not so big as expected and was no balcony. But it was not a big problem. absence of Wi-fi connection availability for my devices. The air conditioning at afternoon times not cold. Breakfast same food everyday. Reception is under constuction so it was very dusty and noisy during the breakfast. There was also problem with credit card terminal and I had to run to search for the atm maschine to pay for the hotel. Nobody even apologised for this inconvinience... Noise of rooms next to my room , rooms has no soundproof as the say , cleaning of the room.
