Near to Grand Bazar, few steps only and many of shopping shops. Perfect resturants arownd hotels , Macdonald's& BurgerZking+ turkey resturants just around U. The spa , swimming pool, jakozi, turkish bath. Helpfull employee. Breackfast its normal. Location if you are there for purchasing garments in Laleli. The Lady at reception, I don't know her name but she was very helpful and kind.

The light rail system was really close to the hotel and very convenient. It was also VERY user friendly. Fab food!. The hotel location is very good as major tourist spots are walking distance from the hotel. near to the tram station. the staff was really very kind and friendly. clean rooms and nice breakfast. The hotel policy of not any allowing any outside food or water in the hotel. room was a little bit smelly could do with a freshing up. Didn't like being hassled by the stallholders at the Grand Bazaar and other people in the street. It seemed like everyone had an "angle". Insufficient electric light in the room, it is inpossible to read in the room. hard to find when walking. Night receptionist staff is so boring and his treatment is so rough. The staff took my passport and never returned back While I and refused to pay for taxi for delivery. So mean and never pay for their mistakes. Providing high price services such as restaurants, pleasures and taxis. Using internet is quite better. i stay in this hotel 2 times , but sorry to say in the last time not the first, i wait wi-fi 2 days to get it in my room, carpets in the way to rooms not clean, location is great, in breakfast cheese omlet is shoud pay not included in the price,. The hotel lacks basic aminities which one 4 star hotel has. Even Iron press or laundry was not available on the first day. The hotel management need to look into basic aminities being provided to guest that other 4star hotels have. The quality of the hotel was poor,most of rooms has a kind of a bad smell,the breakfast was too poor for a 4star hotel,generally was not so good for the value of money i spent. i was dissapointed when i booked room for four people, i recieved 3 beds and one sofa ! i slept on sofa and other three on beds !. Terrible smell in bathrooms, reception send us to different tour then we agreed, renovation on the roof a lot ob noise, had reservation done 20 days ahead for 4 rooms and they couldn't give me rooms on the same floor will never stay at this hotel again. construction works at the same floor , noisy ,.
