The location was excellent as it was close to the beach, the eateries and the popular shopping centre which is a 15 minute walk.

Hotel needs to be renovated, it looked "tired". Not much of a variety of food at breakfast, especially the fruit platter had only 3 varieties each morning.

Lovely big pool, free wifi in rooms, great breakfast, well equipped gym, excellent service, free beach towels, huge beds, shower AND bath in rooms, great location. Would defo stay here again.

The room is spacious. The hotel staff is friendly.

The breakfast buffet is basic. The view - city view - from my room was poor. The balcony didn't overlook the main street. It overlooked a side street which didn't look nice. My room no. was 502. The hygiene was very poor. I spotted 2/ 3 cockroaches in different places at the hotel. I remember I spotted one in the hotel reception. I also spotted a rat - not a mouse - under the ice cream fridge in the hotel reception.

Location was great and the bed was very comfortable which suited us as my wife was recovering from recent neck surgery.

Comfortable beds compared to all the other hotels that we have stayed in the past in patong. Porters were extremely helpful. The views from our balcony.

Staff we're very pleasant and helpful. Room was very spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast catered for all with a large variety and the wifi was very quick. It was also ideally located only minutes from the shops, restaurants and beach.

Staff were super friendly and the pool area was great! Happy hour great however cocktails were not really strong. Still great atmosphere and rooms super dark for a great sleep

Nothing to dislike. Buffet breakfast dishes could have been warmer, however omlettes were made fresh to order and were great. Don't bother with coffee. Go to black kanyon around the corner for a decent coffee.

Staff were nice, a stones throw from the beach.

The Wifi didn't work in the room, we had to go out into the hallway in order for us to get a signal. We mentioned this to the hotel and apologised, but nothing changed. The pool bar could use a bit of background music, and happier bar staff. There wasn't that much of an atmosphere to keep you there during happy hour.

Got free upgrade to pool facing room on the 6th floor fr 28 feb - 3 mar. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was good - not too crowded. Location was not too bad, being diagonally across from Hard Rock. So you get to walk the stretch of street stalls and yet you dont get too much of the hustle and bustle of Patong.

I was at the checkin counter for an hour, checking in 2 rooms. Prebooked an extra bed, which was not there when we finally get to the room. And it was true that some of the staff treated the fair-skinned much better than us, the yellow-skinned.
