The location was excellent as it was close to the beach, the eateries and the popular shopping centre which is a 15 minute walk.

Hotel needs to be renovated, it looked "tired". Not much of a variety of food at breakfast, especially the fruit platter had only 3 varieties each morning.

The freindly fun loving staff and the pool.

The moon bar was always closed would have loved tobhave gone their for a drink you hqve great views... Our room smelt really damp made me feel a little sick...

Lovely big pool, free wifi in rooms, great breakfast, well equipped gym, excellent service, free beach towels, huge beds, shower AND bath in rooms, great location. Would defo stay here again.

The room is spacious. The hotel staff is friendly.

The breakfast buffet is basic. The view - city view - from my room was poor. The balcony didn't overlook the main street. It overlooked a side street which didn't look nice. My room no. was 502. The hygiene was very poor. I spotted 2/ 3 cockroaches in different places at the hotel. I remember I spotted one in the hotel reception. I also spotted a rat - not a mouse - under the ice cream fridge in the hotel reception.

Location was great and the bed was very comfortable which suited us as my wife was recovering from recent neck surgery.

Noisy guests in the wide corridors, it really echo's but I guess they are there for a good time as well

The facilities are very good. Swimming pool is superb. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. Location is also perfect. Good healthy breakfast.

No Halal food was available for Muslims.

Comfortable beds compared to all the other hotels that we have stayed in the past in patong. Porters were extremely helpful. The views from our balcony.

We didn't like the fact that everyday we had to call housekeeping for coffee and towels.

Staff we're very pleasant and helpful. Room was very spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast catered for all with a large variety and the wifi was very quick. It was also ideally located only minutes from the shops, restaurants and beach.

Nothing regarding the hotel but Phuket itself is very dirty and dangerous

Quiet hotel, clean room, some staffs are friendly.

Pls don't look all the asians as the chinese. Some staffs treated us like a Chinese. They didn't know how to smile or just because we look like Chinese.

The pool and the gym are great. It's 10-12 mins walk from bangla. The WIFI is really good, and the connection was pretty fast.

Staff were super friendly and the pool area was great! Happy hour great however cocktails were not really strong. Still great atmosphere and rooms super dark for a great sleep

Nothing to dislike. Buffet breakfast dishes could have been warmer, however omlettes were made fresh to order and were great. Don't bother with coffee. Go to black kanyon around the corner for a decent coffee.

Ground floor suite was very noisy at night and lacked privacy altogether. Stayed last year on 3rd floor and was much more private

Good looking hotel with good location. pool are nice, rooms are spacious.

think the wall is bit thin, or the Russians and mainland Chinese speaks really really loud! Food is bit disappointing.

Staff were nice, a stones throw from the beach.

The Wifi didn't work in the room, we had to go out into the hallway in order for us to get a signal. We mentioned this to the hotel and apologised, but nothing changed. The pool bar could use a bit of background music, and happier bar staff. There wasn't that much of an atmosphere to keep you there during happy hour.

Nice room and also the swimmingpool is very nice.

Poor breakfast and the hotel is very busy with a lot of young 'party' people. The first night was very noice , the rest of the nights waer much better.

The overall environment

The cleaniness of the room floor. It was sticky and have hair lying around. The bed have a bad smell, i believed its from the bed sheets.

Nice hotel with good price. Swimming pool is very nice. Quiet hotel and good for family.

Poor in English Communication. Cleanliness of the room; even after complaining the room-maid didn't respond & everyday there were many missing in the amenities. Smoking is not allowed in the swimming pool earea. Restaurant staff was not friendly.

the toilet was bad, the shower is not working, the pool closes at 9pm open 7 am, staff was really bad. when checked-in i have the option to pay at check out but i paid full. the didn't refund my money for early check-out.

Got free upgrade to pool facing room on the 6th floor fr 28 feb - 3 mar. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was good - not too crowded. Location was not too bad, being diagonally across from Hard Rock. So you get to walk the stretch of street stalls and yet you dont get too much of the hustle and bustle of Patong.

I was at the checkin counter for an hour, checking in 2 rooms. Prebooked an extra bed, which was not there when we finally get to the room. And it was true that some of the staff treated the fair-skinned much better than us, the yellow-skinned.
