  I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. You get to know the people working hard to m... what people say » ake your stay so enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with outstanding views. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

  great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

  Excellent place to stay....and outsatding people(staff).The owner the manger they will make you to feel like home .They are excellent with kids.Place & location is amazingly good........room & facilities is superb.......... with great view for kids and family this place is like home away home.You can enjoy the mountain ,easy accessbility ... what people say » to travell anywhere.This is place you want to be with your family & kids............ - The staff was very helpful, they gave me free bus passes for the city bus. Told me exactly how to get to several waterfalls. Extremely friendly and the cheapest place I could find in the area.
