The onwer are very kind, they gave me the support to know the region (which kind of activity we can do, where,...). The hotel is placed in a high mountain and the view of my room as beautiful. - The hotel staff was very nice and child friendly, and price of the roomwas relatively reasonable compared to other hotels in Switzerland.

Best hotel ever!!!
Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good.
Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast.

the view from our balcony was stunning. the room though small was really neat and kept well for the guests.
there is a restaurant in the hotel, and served good food too. outside hotels there are lots of shops and restaurants, if u just want to explore grindelwald this is a perfect place, and its a value for money too.

We loved the location, just across from the station and central to everything.
As 2 couples, we had the adjoining rooms with shared bathroom between rooms. This worked very well as each bed room had its own hand basin.
Included buffet b/fast was excellent offering a good variety including scrabbled eggs, bacon and lovely fresh bread. We also enjoyed the meals in the downstairs restaurant, where the staff were very friendly.
Big bonus, it has an elevator.

Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers. We are already checking our dates to book again for next year! A wonderful hotel!

The bigger room had a balcony looking out over the valley and mountains. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Great place as a home base for hiking or skiing. This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed here last december and the same 3 rooms apartment we stayed has been renovated and we like it very much. The owner, mr raj and her daughter sangeeta has been really helpful throughout our stay.

The original room was very nice however the room offered for the last night (which was requested after the booking) was not very nice and we checked out on that day instead of staying. The hotel was nice and didn't charge us. However I think they should have told us that the room wasn't very nice before offering it for the same price as the other
