Thank you for this hotel made me more then home not wondering if i forgot something ,knowing its there..And thats a hotel i will call my second home ..I will be back every year for a visit ...

Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

It was in a great area plenty of shopping. Great view close to the mountains and a spectacular waterfront. - The staff are amazing, the hotel was awesome and very reasonably priced. Fantastic holiday.

They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there.
