  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... what people say » cious and clean. The hotel is located in the nicest part of Benidorm. Near the old town and Basque area and less than five minutes from the beach.

  Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing.   The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... what people say » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .
