Very, very good staff - professional, courteous and focused on the guest. Great for the business traveller - excellent workspace in the room, free WiFi. Location is superb, directly on a beautiful stretch of beach. Also, on metro/tram lines to airport and city centre for sites and shopping.Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. We booked suite and it was wonderful! Sea view, good location (metro/bus or taxi). It is very easy for find one's bearings on the ground. Easy food / room service 24h. Hot whirlpool in bathroom. We'll be back soon, I promise, lol :). very nice beach, perfect pool, very good pizzeria next door, excellent spacious rooms with comfortable beds, helpfull hotel staff. I liked that the hotel was on the beach. It was beautoful. Room, terrace, fantastic breakfast with great selection (although the coffee was always cold) pool areas, architecture (i.e. no walls around the hotel towards the sea, which gives you a wonderful view of the sea and the beach). TV set in bedroom did not worked.There were no chairs in my balcony...Breakfast was misareble.No chance to let water get out of washing bins in the bathroom."Supermodern " furnitchure is absolutely unpracticle:I hurted my legs 3 times while walking around my bed into it's sharp corners..I moved out of this hotel next day into " Westin".The price was half of Las Balneario and room /service better. Сhambermaid touched our shoes, slippers, moved furniture each time. For example, we moved chaise longues to sunny side and then she moved it back, to default position etc. I wouldn't like moved it each time, when I came back to room. Very expensive food (sandwich 20 euro), it is shocked me a bit)))). breakfast was good but expensive , we had dinner three times but it was not as good as we expected , we would not recommend hotel restaurant. The only thing I would say about the hotel area is that there is nothing around it such as shops etc.. The access to the public beach didn't have any cleaning facilities, i.e. water shower to clean of the sand etc.Food was ridiculously expensive in the hotel, for example over 18 Euros for a club sandwich........? For dinner maybe the prices are OK, but they really need a reasonable option for lunch. Thepstairs pool did not have enough chairs and the staff reserved them for guests all day even if they never showed up leaving the rest of the guests with no where to sit. The chairs at the downstairs pool were very uncomfortable. They should really get rid of the diving boards that were out of order and unusable and put more chairs in.Prices of food. outdoor seating area always inshade could be very cold when all around was 24degrees snacks not served outside with drinks or tea. None, except for price... no coffee making facilities. also there were no full length wardrobes.the view from the rooms is only good from one side. we faced a building site! had we been on the other side we would have had a beautiful sea view. The areas for lounging only allowed for drinks. No sandwiches or light food could be ordered -unique to a four star hotel.More of the staff need to understand basic English.

It is a hotel with modern facilities inside a historical frame in the city of Valencia and is the former Resort of Las Arenas in the Beach La Malvarrosa.

The hotel arranges of 3.600 m2 of lounges into two pavilions with columns from the beginning of the 20th century, rooms with capacities from 50 up to 1.000 persons and an auditorium for 420 people. The hotel has 253 rooms and suites, a garage for 340 cars with direct access to the lounges, restaurants, café-bar, Spa, exterior swimming pool constructed in 1933 and 8.000 m2 gardens.
