The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies.
Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay.
Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made.

Very clean and friendly staff and cheap. We wanted a one night stay and many Benidorm hotels do not do that. We would stay again but in a different room. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

We were just stopping over on our drive further south in Spain so were looking for something cheap and easy to find, which it was. It was also very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished with a great showeroom which was a lovely bonus! I also liked the secure parking area, friendly staff and the wine and tapas that was awaiting us in the room.

Like previous reviewers, we only stayed for one night prior to an early morning flight. Comfortable bed, small balcony, air con and a great location only 5 minutes drive from the airport. We had to leave before breakfast so can't comment but think it's served from 6am. We had a really good meal in Avenida 1, just around the corner from the hotel

I just needed an overnight stay near Alicante Airport. I got a very clean room, excellent free wifi and it was only 29€ with breakfast. I had an early flight the next day, the taxi arrived in a few minutes and staying so close to the airport took all of the stress out of trying to get there at an unsocial hour.

I found the staff very good and the hotel whist a little old I thought was excelent value for money - its near shops and the beach etc also the police station close to hand if needed
