The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first hotel I will be looking in to. We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

Everything! The bedrooms were really clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.Great views. The food was extremely good with a great deal of choice. Drinks even better! Spa was good and relaxing. Would certainly return. Lovely rooms. Outside area clean and comfortable. Superb carvery meals with snacks in between times. You will never be hungry! Non branded drinks all day. What more could we want. Have already booked for next year!. Every thing, Just as i was told about it, all was superb. My wife had her 70th Birthday on the Sunday and the Hotel looked after us beyond our wildest dream. Fully recommend the Hotel. Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. And the hotel generally very nice. The upgrade to silver band was very worthwhile. The staff were very friendly, including the Manager who dealt with our complaints. The only bad thing as I said was the shower situation. entertainment could have been better. Our only criticism was the presentation of fresh fruit in the carvery. People were handling and feeling it then putting it back. Not acceptable. Needs to be reviewed. I do not drink and found the choice of soft sugar free drinks, only consisted of Diet cola you cannot drink too much as then you cannot sleep.Also a diabetic would struggle too.Next visit will bring my own. The only small matter was the WiFi , difficult to connect to , which was required every time you went on line. Payment in full being requested on arrival. Rooms are not "soundpoof" as advertised. There was nothing I didnt like. Waiting for lifts was sometimes slow. Like all buffet food, could get repetitive, but plenty of choice. Evening entertainment not the best. nothing. we had to pay to use the gym. Sunbathing area can be a bit cramped. All good. A small proportion of the meals were not to my taste, but there was quite a variety. The pool was fairly small and because of the close proximity of another hotel it went into shadow early (which being in the early part of the season it did become quite cool). nothing!!. pool not heated and. I can not think of anything.. think swimming pool could do with being heated during of season. Only fault we found was the cooked breakfast was slightly cold. Nothing. Small indoor pool. Table layout in dinning room, if you are a couple. Best tables reserved for more than 2. I booked in all inclusive and I had to pay for the carpark which I thought would of been included thats my only criticism. Spa water could have been warmer. We are frequent guests at this hotel but on this occasion we were disappointed. Firstly there was no wifi available the whole stay and secondly no air conditioning and the temperature in the room didn't go below 27 degrees! After complaining it was put on 1 night then turned off again for the remainder of our stay. The attitude of staff regarding these 2 issues left much to be desired. Breakfast was poor quality lunch and diner was fine. A tad busy round the pool and wherever you sat you either had sun in the morning or the afternoon not both. All beds very close together. The dining experience can best be described as Motorway service station.
