  The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean. Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given. Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly.   Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge. The hotel is well situated re -local transport, to access the impressive mountain/coastal areas of Tenerife. The buses are punctual and excellent value for money. The port is interesting, with visiting cruise liners and ferry boats.

  We just had a night-over in Santa Cruz and found the hotel perfect situated in relation to the bus-station and the city. Reception was very friendly and the room comfortable, quiet and clean. - Very stylish hotel with friendly helpful staff. Arrangement of the floors reminded me of medieval tower, quite a unique for a hotel.

  We stayed 2 days in room 5 in May 2013. Icod de los Vinos has very steep streets and the monasterio is up such a steep street. Asked for parking, we were directed to nearby street, which luckily was rather horizontal, not uphill, and there was always a place to park, no problem. Monasterio is anything but spacy. Rooms and corridors are very small.... what people say » However, room was functional and practical, we found everything we needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Once we figure out how to connect, WiFi was wo - perfect. lovely, quiet, amazing view from the terrace. best for travellers who want to stay away from the tourist crowds and enjoy peacefully hilly towns on this part of the island. clean, fully equipped rooms with kitchenette, heating, very clean bathroom. i would reccomend it to everyone, especially to couples. very romantique! max ten minutes ( by car) to the closest beach (hidden to tourists:) bar, shops, restaurant, café nearby. helpful owner and smiling staff

  Everything was wonderful! Very cozy apartments, too nice administrator ( she is the owner as well), beautiful view, quate and very Tenerife side! We had some probems with the rental car and we got support from administrator, she is the star, really! - The staff very so friendly and could not do enough to make you feel welcome.
