We just had a night-over in Santa Cruz and found the hotel perfect situated in relation to the bus-station and the city. Reception was very friendly and the room comfortable, quiet and clean. Very stylish hotel with friendly helpful staff. Arrangement of the floors reminded me of medieval tower, quite a unique for a hotel. No problem occured during our visit - I can recommend this accommodation.
