The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean. Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given. Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars. It also said in reviews that there are cockroaches. We saw one dead the whole holiday.

Complex was amazing. Beautifully laid out, small and personal, very quiet. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend. Location is perfect, close to the beach. The pool area is nice and you have two of them, one in Lagos one in Olivos. Wifi for free. Loved the pool area, the peace and the location. Breakfast was very good too. The location. location was very good appartments basic but adequat. Big apartments. Location was great. clean pool and leisure areas. The pool needed a good clean. Because of works going on at the hotel, it was quite noisy. I really can't fault the hotel. Breakfast was the same everyday but there was plenty of choice so you could have something different each day. Cereal, fruit, egg, bacon, sausage, beans, cold meats/cheese and coffee/chocolate/cappuccino. They were doing reconstruction which made the resting area around the pool noisy. We didtn get the room that we booked and it took me several arguments until we got a compensation for that. The bar area. It was soulless. We had to change Apartment after one day caused a very noicy Apartment in the first time and not placed against the pool or garden as booked. constant maintanence in grounds pools were being extensley renivated, round pool was like a building site and we were not informed about this work before we arrived. complex double booked 1st night had to move apartment after 1 night. after moving i had to ask for towels change at reception after 2 nights.after 3rd night had to ask for maid service as room wasn't cleaned.was told it was a mix up as we had changed rooms. booking .com said check out was 12.00.resort wanted 10.00 check out.
