  Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board) at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends. Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet beach life than during summer season. The hotel has a majority of German speaking guests, but all English communication with reception and restauran - Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable.   Really nice hotel to stay in, I would highly recommend to anyone. very clean, very friendly, lovely rooms. nice pool area. Perfect location and not far from the main historical areas.   Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

  The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff.   A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... what people say » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed.
