The hotel is a beautiful old property, which has been wonderfully converted into a hotel providing a range of accommodation, from standard through to extreme luxury. The staff who are all from outside Spain, i.e. Argentina, Germany, Peru & Romania for example, are selected & employed for their skills, rather than just to fill a vacancy.
