The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. A good location for shopping with the large department store, El Corte Ingles, within five minutes walk from the hotel.

Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned... - very clean rooms - very friendly and attentive staff at the reception and the bar and kitchen - the faboulous selection at the breakfast buffet: fruits, eggs, bread, cheese, meat, fruit juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, pastries and so on - fantastic location, on the plaza de espana, right at the center of Palma. The hotel was like what is described and a bit more. The room was superior! Separate living room and bedroom, the bathroom is very big. No noise. Very good location - in the middle with shopping district close by, tourism office located 30 meters away, and many restaurants and bars. Very nice hotel, located close to everything and also easily accessed by taxi and public transport. Staff is very hospitable! I had a problem with wi-fi connection on my phone and the resepcionist offered her computer to me if I needed to send and email. The hotel is located right at the bus and trainstation. It is therefore ideal if you have to stay the night before going to another city. The bus from the airport stops literally 25 meters away from the entrance. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Welcoming and friendly staff. My very clean and spacious room was on the 4th floor with views over Placa de Espanya. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot for shopping,restaurants. Since the weather was pretty bad in Palma at the time I almost didn't want to leave the room. Polite, patient staff responded effectively to challenging guest complaint about wi-fi problem. Location is great for shopping & travelling, the hotel is stylish, modern with interesting furniture. Beakfast is exellent as well as friendly services given by hotel staff. - room was very small. There's no parking dedicated for the hotel. But you'll find paid parking close by - roughly 2 euros for 2.5hours. We didn't eat breakfast because of the 12 euro pp surcharge, if one would add this to the base price the hotel competes with some nicer designed hotels, but again: the location makes it the perfect place to stay for a night before resuming your travel. A small thing really the pillows were very uncomfortable, but they do offer a rent a pillow service for €2 a night with different types of pillows. we only stayed one night so it wasnt a big issue for us. huge TV mounted to beds! Interesting but inconvenient shower design. Coffee bar alternative for those who do not eat breakfast would be good. Pros far outweigh the cons. having a minibar was a help but nothing beats having the facility to make a cup of tea when you like. More English channels would have been preferred as well. Breakfast seemed expensive 12 euros, so we went to a café in the Placa for 3-4 euros. The reception was a bit small.Other than that everything was perfect. no facilities in room for making tea and coffee and restaurant was closed on Sunday. Shower looks great, but is lousy. Hand held shower - useless if trying to shave in shower. No window or extractor fan in bathroom (there looked to be an extractor fan but it didn't work - we were told at reception there wasn't one. It seemed we were not the first people to ask about this). thus the toilet 'vented' through your room - not really 4 star accomodation. It's more of a city hotel and it doesn't have this chilling/island feel... Didn't try the expensive breakfast, there are plenty of reasonably priced alternatives nearby. Telly was useless but not a problem as there's plenty to do of an evening in Palma. Small room. Nothing. Room a little cramped. I did not manage to get WiFi working on my iPad2 (iOS 6.1.3). the first room we had was a bit on the small side. The weather. Old furniture, poor breakfast, high prices. City square view dissappointing. Nothing really. Only Spanish channels on tv, no kettle to make a cup of tea. Wifi did not work. Check in at 3pm. There were no tea/coffee. Making facilities in room. -Traffic noise disturb little. Nothing. no bar. I missed only the possibillity to make a cup of tea or coffie with a jug. The shower controls. Supposedly cold water is hot if used in the middle of the night. Room quite impractical with a 20 cm wide path between bed and tv to access the bathroom. No table. Pillows! Provided 1 each, 5cm thick & a menu where you could pay for something better. If I pay €150 for a room I do not expect to be asked for €2 for a decent pillow. The space equivalent to a terrace in the room is occupied with an extra bed. The washing basin is too small to use .
