The apartament,s were so spacious and comfortable very clean the bathroom had a jaquzzi bath and the shower was fantastic the pool area was very tranquill with lots of greenery plenty of sunbeds and great pikla and a very tasty and friends pool bar.

All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.

Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available. We had stayed at the Porto Novo before and will definitely return

A fantastic hotel and good value for the money!
We had a nice and spacious studio with a window partly facing the sea. Unfortunately there are no balconies but we could hear the waves at least. The street noise was not bad at all.

The location is very good, one minute from the Ocean side. The staff was
helpful and informed us of several deals they had with nearby
restaurants (E.G. 7.5 euros for a 3 course sea food dinner), even made a
call to make reservations and gave us directions to get around the city.
Nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The price was good and the
room was big and comfortable. Free and well functioning wi-fi all over
the hotel.

the staff the facilities esp the pool and the adults area were simply fabulous stayed all inclusive which was quite simply fabulous and with two children in the group aged 13 and 10 it was perfect!

Big apartment near the church in Teror. The enviroment is beautiful, really nice to go hiking. We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see.
