All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.
Room was clean with nice view(we were on the 6th floor).

Meals can be improved. After the second day, I had not much appetite for another meal at the hotel.
The music played at the bar in the nights was not our type. However due to the fact that the guests were mainly in the range of 60 years old, it can be logical to play their taste of music!!.
wi-fi very poor; elevantors - often need to wait & overcrowded.
It was usually very noisy in the hotels bar outside.
Nothing we will return.
No shampoo/shower gel in bathroom
