-There are very reactive when we called a technician -We asked to put a net around the balcony to prevent our kid to drop and they did it without any problem and quickly -Many activities are proposed (water polo, aqua-gym, tennis-table tournament) -Free washing-machine -Maids are very nice -Choice of food at half-board changed every day. We didn't get bored in 7 days. The apartament,s were so spacious and comfortable very clean the bathroom had a jaquzzi bath and the shower was fantastic the pool area was very tranquill with lots of greenery plenty of sunbeds and great pikla and a very tasty and friends pool bar.

Somewhere peaceful to relax accommodating all nationalities and everyone staff and holidaymakers alike were very friendly. The hotel is great, it does not correspond to a 3 star hotel, rather 4. Rooms are spacious and there was a great terrace (more like additional room without one wall:) We had a rental car, so the location was not an issue. The Hotel and surroundings were very attractive. The facilities were good and provided a sense of space rather than being surrounded by others, despite the hotel being full. The quality of furnishings was generally high. The apartments are huge, comfortable and clean. The garden and the swimming-pools are amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is for the guests. It was a dream holiday. Absolutely five stars from us. The apartments were excellent, very spacious and well appointed. I would definitely recommend them and would stay again. Great facilities including 2 pools & jacuzzis. Then we could connect from our appartment without any problem. I felt the dining area with plastic chairs a but of a let down hotel looked so luxurious the decor and comfort was poor here the breakfast was never hot and poor choice for fruit and gerald. The lady that ran the mini club,Aqua and water polo is brilliant but it seems they aren't allowed to start the evening entertainment (including the kids disco) until 22:00 when they close the restaurant which means that there is nowhere to relax and have a drinl with your fellow holiday makers unless you go back to your apartment or go out-side the complex. You can use the evening childrens facilities at the other local hotels though. There is limited space around the swimming pools and all beds/chairs get booked early by people who put their towels and then disappear. If you are with small kids and need to watch it while in the pool you need to ‘book’ a place around 8:30, which is a bit annoying. Some of the bathroom fittings would benefit from an update. You have to get a taxi ( although cheap enough ) everywhere. the sofabed for 2 adults was to small and not so comfortable,it was not allowed to play with a ball in the swimmingpool. The sofa-bed there kids slept wasn't comfy. The food is mainstream and can be found better but there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby (by bus/taxi or car). nothing you can do about distance from the beach but taxi's were readily available shuttle bus service very limited. Bar downstairs could be better dog barking every morning outside our window [not your fault]. insects that can be found inside the kitchen and rooms. Location need to get taxi or shuttle bus everywhere. Food - average. Breakfast could be a bit more varied. +no chance to eat in good restaurants nearby. +no chance for all inclusive +weak restaurant. Lack of a decent bar at night but the owners/guests may prefer it this way as it probably reflects the age profile of owners/guests. It is not a big problem as €4 taxi fare takes you to Melanores or Playa del Ingles. Facilities like tennis court etc were charged extra per hour basis. Additionally the half board option is not good as the menu choice and quality of meat etc is not great. reception staff food. My booking which was made a week in advance not being submitted to the property. It was quite stressful on us with a young baby. breakfast in the moorning. FOOD. Every day the same... The lighting in the restaurant is horrible - it feels like you walked into an emeregncy room, with no ambience whatsoever! We didnt eat there, and just because of the lighting, we didnt want to sit there. The availability and quality of the facilities other then the pool is limited, so with poor weather the options for entertainment are limited. No option to have dinner in the hotel between 16.00 and 18.30, which was inconvenient for us having small children. To go to the beach or downtown Maspalomas you need to take a bus or taxi, a handful of restaurants and shops are available within walking distance. Terrible Bar/Entertainment. Too close to main road. Too far removed from Maspalomas main area. Wifi signal a little poor and could only use one device. reception staff wasn't very friendly. food in restaurant was really awful, especially breakfast, better to take self-catering. no lift. poor game room. The beds are very uncomfortable. no English tv you have to pay for broadband swimming pool shallow food poor standard and main thing the bar was dreadfull I mean dreadfull.
