the staff the facilities esp the pool and the adults area were simply fabulous stayed all inclusive which was quite simply fabulous and with two children in the group aged 13 and 10 it was perfect!

Big apartment near the church in Teror. The enviroment is beautiful, really nice to go hiking. We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see. The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

Pool side bar and staff where very nice and approachable. 24 hour reception. Room had fab layout as bedrooms where at the Bach. Which made the rooms very quiet Our one week stay was not enough. We could have stayed much longer -

Owners very friendly and helpful. Great location with beautiful view. Swimming pool cleaned every day, room every other day. Excellent price-quality ratio. Would go there again definitely. Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking.
