The apartament,s were so spacious and comfortable very clean the bathroom had a jaquzzi bath and the shower was fantastic the pool area was very tranquill with lots of greenery plenty of sunbeds and great pikla and a very tasty and friends pool bar.

All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.

The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

The family sized 2 bedroom-bungalow (5 persons) was nice and clean, just like the rest of the surrounding areas. Beds were ok. We had all-inclusive package. The food and variety is very ok for 3 stars. It does not look or is anything special, but there is plenty to choose and tastes well. The stuff is friendly, it's clean, pool is nice. The room is bit outdated, but beds were good, nothing broken and everything worked. The big plus are the quests, mostly from western europe and scandinavia, no noisy and rude drinking russians. We saw a few, but they were nice.

I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in.
