We arrived at 11.30am after starting from home at 3.30am. We were delighted to be told a room was available and that our request for a room in the quiter part of the hotel had been honoured. The hotel restaurant has an excellent menu offering a varied choice of well prepared dishes at a reasonable price. We would recommend this hotel to our friends

When I arrived to the hotel, the air conditioning had broken, so they moved us to another better hotel. The staff was very kind and they were trying to sodify all our needs. The room was really good and the views from the room of the new hotel (Plaza) were just great. I could see all the Montjuic mountain. - price.

Very clean and quiet room, as advertised. Requested change of sheets after 3 days, else housekeeping was superb. Didn't try the restaurant. - Central location, spacious room.

The locality. It is perfect. It is by Plaza Catalunya-the heart of the city. I never needed to use the taxi. Everything was close by-Plaza Catalunya was a 5 min walk, the metro was a 5 min walk, the bus stop was a 5 step walk, Las Ramblas was a 10 min walk away. The rooms were 4 star quality. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily. rooftop terrace and pool were great to have as a home base! - I thought the location was perfect. The rooftop terrace was a bit small but really nice especially when you first arrive and want to relax. The staff were great they couldn't do enough for you.
