Location was fantastic. Room was cleaned daily, and had all you needed. We got a balcony room on the top floor as requested through your site.the sense of security - having the door opened only for hotel guests. clean, friendly staff, good location. The room was pretty big, #106. We overslept and checked out half an hour later. The stuff was liberal with this delay.its location and the wonderful breakfast choice,and its cleanlyness. It took some time to figure this out, for no warning was made. So we had to split.The restruant , the food was not very good and served on cold plates.... and i would like a bit more sound-proofing,we were kept awake by the TV next door. Corridor carpets grotty / dirty. Sound insulation betwwen rooms not good so if your neighbour has TV loud you get disturbed. Occasionally a bit noisy - the proximity of the staircase to the reception area magnifies sound which can be clearly heard from first floor bedrooms. we had an interleading room the door was lock and the noise of the guests in the other were disturbing.Two beds attached together instead of a King/Queen Bed. the lack of soundproofing.I left my camera in an taxi called by the hotel, and after complaim, they preferred to believe in the taxi driver, who told them that i had lost it in another place.
