It is so close to La Rambla and the tourist bus route. The staff were extremely helpful. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The room was very comfortable. I shared a quadruple room with friends, and there was more than enough room. Location was fantastic - it couldnt have been in a better position for our stay. The hotel was charming - older style furniture but it gave it a real charm that other cookie cutter style hotels just dont have. Very very clean - loved our stay.

My two colleagues had dirty sheets the first night but after initial disbelief these were changed. some night nosy on the street. The hotel was very noise.The street noise went on till about 4o'clock in the morning. The doors to other rooms closed very loud due to them sticking. It was pricey for what you got.Did not get a good night sleep the 2 nights we were there. Not knowing that it was an old hotel. The room was fairly old and plain but clean. Parts of the hotel could do with a refurbishment. no window in the room. No air-conditioning at the last minute (until I arrived, this is summer!), no spare room for me. They provided a fan for me (of course with opened window), however, noisy on the street in late night and early morning. Anyway, I of course asked for a discount.
