The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily. The pool and hot tub area on the roof was very nice and pleasant. Great Location...close to the Metro Stations and wonderful places to eat!Far enough from the busy center yet close enough to many of the touristattractions!! Loved barcelona!! Would go again and recommend this hotel!.

The Hotel is close enough to the city center and public transport, in a quite neighborhood.rooms were clean and very comfortable, pool and jacuzy were nice. location. the location: near to a bus stop, a metro station, a crossing with 2 taxis per minute, lot of place to breakfast, tapas bars... friendly and helpful staff, good location, very close to metro. the hotel staff was friendly. the room was comfortable and big enough for what we needed. The room was furnished quite nice. It's location is out of the city and therefore a little bit quieter. Itwas near the tourist bus route which was useful. The staff were pleasantand helpful.Staff at reception desk always appeared preoccupied on the telephone and didn't appear to want to get into conversation regarding "touristy" questions. However they were always professional and I believe this hotel may be used more by business travellers rather than "tourists". the free wireless was not easy to access and slow. Traffic noise. parking is quite expensive. noise from the street. Swimming pool was out of use and air condition was swiched off at night (we got it back after we asked for it). Noise of the traffic.The airconditioning is making an unpleasant noise, but after two days you get used of that.The safe in one of the cupboards of the room is not fixed and can be easily taken away. too far from centre of Barcelona. noise from the street. Wifi coverage.Very important to work: no wifi = wasted time. 2) the tap water: looked milky, tasted strange. it's noisy at night because it's just beside a main street. and I found a mouse in my room which ran around in my room all night. The bed was very hard and they keeped turning off the air con with theroom over 25 des. the swimming pool was not very clean, and there were not many services / facilities. Every time you wanted the airconditioning turned on in your hotel roomyou had to call to reception desk! Even in the middle of the night. Alsopossibility of suddenly turned off by personnell. Very frustrating.i didnt like the location,no shops or pubs around the hotel these all took a taxi trip costing about 8 euro each way which was quiet inconvienient. Air conditioning was really a nigthmare. We coudn't adjust it in the room and we were told that it had to be turned on all the time except the night, to avoid complaints from the other guests. Bed covering and towels smelled of vinegar. The brochure and your site do wonders for this hotel. It is old andoutdated more like a backpackers hostel. Room was changed aftercomplaining, air con was portable on desk, pipe went out window whichmeant loads of noise from street. None of the safes are fixed???Overpriced for a dump of a hotel.

FROM AIRPORT: go along Autovia Castelldefels and Gran Via Corts Catalanes, go through España Square, go straight on until you get to Comte Urgell Street and turn on the left, go up this street till the corner the Sarriá Avenue and the París street.
FROM TARRAGONA-LÉRIDA-MADRID: go along A-2 Motorway and Diagonal Avenue, turn right into Numancia Street, go down this street and turn left into Berlin Street, go straight on until you get to Paris Street and go along this street till the corner the Sarriá Avenue.
IF YOU TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Take the train to Sants Railway station or take the airport bus and get off at the stop in the train station (Sants Estació). From the train station you can take Metro line 5 to the Hospital Clínico stop. Alternatively, you can take bus number 32 and get off at the stop at Buenos Aires.
