  This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at a hotel in the Vincci group and I have found the hotels very comfortable both times. comfortable rooms, with good facilities.this time I was staying in an ajoining room, which did mean that I had to put up with a little bit of noise from teh next door guest, (guests were not overally noisy, but you could h... what people say » ear them showering and generally moving about) - The hotel is on a nice location among 3 metro stops,very close to placa Espanya,in a quite enough area.The staff is very polite and they speak english well.The rooms were perfect,although not very spacious,but impressive with very nice decoration.The bathroom was excellent.

  One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in on a city break in another country. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our family room consisted of two double rooms with interconnecting doors and most impressive bathrooms and both very clean. The minibar was stocked with bottles of complimentary water. Would definitely stay again despite distance from city and also recommend to friends,etc. - -the personal was more than friendly and helpful. They even let our friends(not staying at the hotel) to use their luggage room -the design of everything in the hotel was wonderful -there is a steambath,free of charge -there where all kinds of staff for one time use in the bathroom (even tooth paste and brush,shaver and shaving cream)

  Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone.   I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
