  Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided.   This was a perfect base for exploring Krakow. It is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and cheerful. Everything appeared newly refurbished. The common areas for eating and relaxing provided a place for interacting with other travelers from all around the globe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thus you make your own bed and the room is not cleaned daily. The staff were extremely good and helpful. It was useful to be able to make a hot drink in the shared kitchen area.   Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us).   Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. - The location was perfect but sure glad we had a GPS to find it.   Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street. Actually... what people say » it was the flat of two rooms. The room, common kitchen, bathroom/toilete were clean. The furniture was simple. - Extremely helpful and nice staff. Nice simple place perhaps on the best spot of the city. Easy to get around, comfortable and doesn't get on your wallet too much. Nice basic breakfast and fast check in! Perfect for few days visit!
