  Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in.   It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. - Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel.

  Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us).   Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. Bathrooms were lovely and the facilities which were available were really good, central location with the city to the right and the river to the left. - Very relaxed atmosphere.
