It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel. friendly staff. Wi fi should work better. On ground floor, no window shutter, only thin curtains... Avoid undressing with lights on, pretty sure there would be a good view from the street. One night other clients of the hotel were loud until 1am and the smell of their cigarettes was pretty strong even in my room.
