Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. The location was perfect but sure glad we had a GPS to find it. Lots of places to eat nearby and to just stroll around the old town. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good value for money and it is in the city, near bay main square, Wavel Castle, also privat parking is near for 50 PLN per day. Room was clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. The private bathroom is not inside the room (relevant only for the quadraple room, as seems the rest have their own facilities), however is still not a problem as the bathroom still private, clean and good. Wish the parking was free and closer but it wasn't very expensive really. Breakfast could be better... maybe fresh bread... I never like stairs and its two flights up. Television or radio in room would have been nice. the hot water wasn't consistent in the shower. No fans in the summer for the heat. In general, there's nothing to criticize. Slightly noisy from nightlife outside. Original we book two rooms. But before we arrived, they told us that they only can provide one room. That's pretty weird. The wireless didn't function in our room upstairs. Our room was in a third floor, not that good when going with small children. There's no air conditioning and it can get very noisy at night if you leave the windows open. We couldn't sleep well because of the hot weather and the noise from the street! Breakfast was a little bit poor. We also couldn't make the TV work. It's not the easiest if you have large suitcase, where you need to climb up narrow staircase to get on 2nd floor.
