  Excellent service! I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, two minutes later we got a bottle of wine as a congratulations. Difficult to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Amsterdam! A bit of a walk to the center, but perfect if you don't want to live in the marijuana smell or in between two red lights. It is so well located near many restaurants and attractions. It has a great bar open until midnight with fantastic friendly bar staff.

  We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time. The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Far enough out of the city but close enough! - It has everything we for. Located away from the bustling city in a quite neighborhood we could Conveniently hop on the tram (lines 3 & 9) to the major attractions; cafè, pubs & ''coffee shop'' just round the corner; a 5 min walk to Dapperstreet for fresh fruit n supermarket; comfortable bed & pillow; and all staffs are very friendly (in fact a very Dutch thing)! Highly recommended.

  The hotel was very nicely located. The tram stop right outside took you right into the center of Amsterdam and it was only a 15 minute journey! We were also told that surrounding shops gave you a discounted service just for staying at this hotel! So that was pleasant. There were also many local shops, supermarkets, fast-food restaurants, ATM machi... what people say » nes and bakeries within a 5 minute walking distance. We also found a very good coffee shop just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself was very clean - we are married couples with a child 1 years old. The hotel is sooo nice, clean, simple and modern, friendly staff, beside restaurants and super markets, discounts I can get in many shops if I make online check in, beside a tram station, the position is so nice.Perfect for the price, although the price is not including in it changing towels or cleaning service or the TV, but I still found I dont need these things If I just use the hotel for sleeping

Mini-Bar is automatic so you cannot put anything else to the fridge. In the room there's kettle and choise of tee, coffee and cacao bags that is being refilled after room cleaning (daily).

Very friendly Asian staff. Basic breakfast but good 8am-10am. Wifi excellent in rooms.
