  I had already stayed at this hotel once, in March. By that time, I loved the hotel except from it's staff, which I found a little rude. Now I think they have improved it. I've seen different people at the reception and they were much nicer. The location is the best thing about this hotel. There are several options of transportation close to - I got really impressed by the cleaness and comfort. The beds are wonderful. The bedding was very clean and nice. The furniture seems brand new. The shower is great! Free and fast wi-fi. The There is a kinder garden right in front of the hotel, so I think that's why the street is closed for cars, which makes it really peaceful even in the middle of everything else.   Highly recommended for a visit to Amsterdam Staff were outstanding We had a medical issue and the night receptionist (at 4am) really went the extra mile to help us.
