Cheerful Friendly Staff, Quietness of the rooms. Staff are very wellmannered and are always at hand to offer assistance, you don't need togo looking for someone for help, should you need it. Hotel is in analmost perfect location, close to all the kinds of Shops and markets.Pretty central, and only a few minutes walk to the Main Train Station.

We were very pleased to find the hotel was not to far from the train station and its very Close to shops,restaurants, and museums. The people were very friendly and the hotel was very clean.All ,except one interaption by the cleaner and one of the Hotelworkers.Of course it's was mistake but the wakeup us at 9:00 o'clock,while we was sleeping.The room was really lovely and very comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful, we were upgraded for €20 and the room was excellent .The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable and the Hotel was in a great location.The staff were very helpful and friendly,we enjoyed the hotel very much thankyou for a great holiday.Great location, great view from our balcony, great facilities, really helpful and friendly staff.Being upgraded to a better room, views of city, hotel location. All rooms are small in this city this was small but sunny, clean, very nicely decorated, well stocked mini-bar, TV with plenty of channels, coffee/tea maker in room, hair dryer, an upscale place that doesn't break the bank. We had big windows on a busy street but it was quiet when they were shut, and we never heard noise from neighbors.The room was big for a standard room. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, staff helpful. Location was perfect. Liked that room had two balconies with good views over Muntplein.The hotel was clean, comfortable, well appointed and conveniently located. The staff were polite and helpful. In comparison to similar eating establishments, dining in the hotel itself seems expensive.Some quite old furniture in the rooms. We wanted to eat the dutch cheese we bought in our room, ordering a knife and a plate costs 5 euros?!?!!?!?!?. No room safe. When I arrived I walked past the hotel as the sign said"Jolly". Having searched for 30 minutes and found no other hotel, I wentback and asked and they confirmed the sign was wrong.The Hotel doesn't look like a 4 stars.
