Cheerful Friendly Staff, Quietness of the rooms. Staff are very wellmannered and are always at hand to offer assistance, you don't need togo looking for someone for help, should you need it. Hotel is in analmost perfect location, close to all the kinds of Shops and markets.Pretty central, and only a few minutes walk to the Main Train Station. We were very pleased to find the hotel was not to far from the train station and its very Close to shops,restaurants, and museums. The people were very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

All rooms are small in this city this was small but sunny, clean, very nicely decorated, well stocked mini-bar, TV with plenty of channels, coffee/tea maker in room, hair dryer, an upscale place that doesn't break the bank. We wanted to eat the dutch cheese we bought in our room, ordering a knife and a plate costs 5 euros?!?!!?!?!?. No room safe. When I arrived I walked past the hotel as the sign said"Jolly". Having searched for 30 minutes and found no other hotel, I wentback and asked and they confirmed the sign was wrong. The Hotel doesn't look like a 4 stars.
