We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful anf comfortable apartment. We went to Amsterdam for my husbands birthday and andreas's (the owner's) girlfriend baked us a delicious cake which was delivered at the apartment in the morning..was a lovely surprise for my husband! Very spacious and beautiful décor. Very comfortable - apart from second bedroom bed. Helpful meet and greet. Modern kitchen and bathroom and kitchen had basic supplies. Handy location for local shops and restaurants. Good tram service to centre city - about a 5 min walk to stop and 15 minute tram ride - so not right in the city.

really perfect location if you have congress at RAI congress center. There is 20 minutes walking distance from RAI, about 40 minutes nice walking along river Amstel to very center of Amsterdam. I really enjoy walking, but actually I was lucky to have sunny weather for a whole week during my stay. -

We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. The breakfast offered a good choice and it all seemed fresh enough,

The hotel was very close to the transit line and you could be in the
city very quickly, as well you could just as easily make a day trip to
places such as Rotterdam or Haarlem. The restaurant served first class
food and drinks. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and were more than
happy to help with anything. They had good quality bikes you could rent
for 24 hours if you were so inclined. There was a very diverse clientele
