  Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in kl. We are frequent travellers to Malaysia and this hotel this time seemed to be a hidden gem. Slightly outside of klcc perimeter but absolutely at the doorstep of pwtc lrt. Very convenient to travel to sogo and other shopping malls such as Times Square Berjaya through lrt. After that the area will become f - Compared to The Nomad SuCasa Hotel, where my sister and I stayed for the first three nights, Seri Pacific was just awesome and $20 cheaper as they had discounted rates at that time. We loved everything: very cosy and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the Sogo shops.   We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl - The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.

  My room, the shower, the ironing board, the comfort - For a budget inn, I think it's pretty alright. I like the open air area where I can sit and just chill out. The staff is friendly and it's located near local food so it's wonderful. It's quite cozy. The bed was comfortable.

  It's really nice. Aside from the room rate not much expensive, it's really accessible on LRT's & taxis. All staffs are accommodating. - Hotel location strategic in terms of transportation; near LRT & KTM station.
