We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Plus so near to 2 trains makes it accessible to all places. To go to petronas use their free shuttle. Huge traffic jams all over, so best use trains. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl.
all reviews » The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards. The location was great, close to the railway and shops. The apartment had a lounge room and a dining table, we were able to cook and have our meals in the room and the bedroom was big plus a TV in both rooms. The location was wonder those travelers like me who had be at the Convention Center everyday. My stay was during the renovation of the adjacent mall so the noise a little loud but I didn't feel much problem. الفندق يطل على البترونس بمنظر رائع , و بوفية الإفطار والخدمات رائعة جداً . يوجد فيه مسبع ونادي رياضي وموقف سيارات مجاني. Convenient location, great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms/appt, pool with a great view(pity it closes early). احببت نظافة الفندق واثاث الفندق وتصميم الشقق ومصعد الفندق وبهو الفندق . pool facilities, comfy beds, attentive staff, buffet breakfast. The transportation is very strong . We loved everything at this hotel. Staff very freindly. Facilities. Close to the lrt.good gym and pool.nice bkfst. Big rooms. toilet not good. The apartment is enough for us. I thought they coulf do a better job of travel desk. But staff at the concierge made up gor it. This feedback form dont tell how to grade the hotel.i wiuld give full marks. Rooms need updating with new and slightly larger tv'S. The bath tub, it was too high from the floor and if you are not agile enough you could slip on the wet floor, and the shower was in the bath as well and the shower curtain was not good enough to stop water from getting out and on to the floor.The only other thing is, the head of housekeeping, they come and check that the cleaning had been done but they don't knock on the door, they just let themselves in and do the check, too bad if you are naked or something. Though it is named an apartment, cooking is restricted in the kitchen and I could not find any washers/drying machines so it may not be the most suitable for a long period stay. lobby at 9th floor, need to change lifts. اذا لم تدفع كل المال يقفل عليك الكرت ولا تدخل الا بدفع مبلغ الليلة وهذا لم اجده في اي من الفنادق اللتي زرتها بماليزيا .. لاني انا حاجز اربع ليالي بالبوكنق وتم حجز مبلغ ليلة بالفيزا وعاملوني هكذا !!! بصراحة انا مستاء من هذه المعاملة السيئة .. ايضا البوفية ضعيف بعض الشيء اصناف مكررة وقليلة . confusing phone manner- some conversations 'lost in translation'. I had bad experience with this hotel because they take from the visa 200 renget more as insurance deposit , but when I checked the visa it was taken the amount even I told them I can pay the insurance money cash , but the desk assistance he refuse. Alevators. Rooms'furniture should be renovated. House Keeping very poor. it is a very bad hotel it shouldn't be rated 5 stars .
