comfort, location, next to Mall shopping centre, efficient friendly staff, great breakfast, best pool and spa with walk in not ladder, excellent value will return no doubt. Amazing hotel, great location being right next to the train line, 5 star luxury!. Although I stayed for 1 nite the staff were friendly and the room was ver clean. I did not like just one thing, everything was awesome! Keep up thegood work!.

Internet available free in room is through hotel pc which is limited infunctionality. Silly not to allow free connection in room with ownlaptop. Room large but somewhat dull.Yes the breakfast are need to be renovated it looks very old and depressing. i dont know why but the check-in took more than 20 min ... finally we got a room where the aircon was so loud that i could not sleep at night, informed the reception, they worked on it and it was better for the second night. also, the safe and the internet were not working from the beginning, but after informing the reception this was fixed, too.Me and my husband didn't like receiption staff,service of receiption staff was very poor.It was very difficult for me to communicate because lady who served me didn't speak english properly.she took my credit card without explaining why did she need it.Later I knew that she took it for authorization.They freezed my money and even when I paid sum was released only 2 weeks later. Room Service was at times incomplete. For example, no toothpick in the service tray. Order placed for breakfast overnight is not taken from the door knob.Elevator. So slow. i didnt have,. information disk had very poor information about anything you might need to ask about!. Should provide a pair of slipper.The room service staff knocked at 11.00am to clean the room while i'm busy packing my things tho check out. Wash room in standard room not so good.The staff should be eduacted to be more friendly with customers. Far from city center. the staff are not good in terms of welcoming customers and delevring the services to rooms. the they atlk and react, i think they should have training in dealing with people. The first day the fo placed me on 15 floor and 13 floor (it is superiortype) which is under construction, the air in the room was very toxicstrong smell of paint, with many cockroach, after 2 days finally theGuest relation nicely placed me in the 18 floor. The location is poor, the superior room does not correspond to the stars of the hotel, too big hotel, there is an elevator up to the reception and then another one to the rooms, one cannot find any staircase. The service is very slow. we booked the hotel so that we could relax in the sauna ; the sauna was not working.The steam bath was very old and filthy. The rooms aree very old ,m if your neighbor is going to the toilet you hear everything.This is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms were more like a 3 star hotel, i changed it to a better room by adding more money and the room still not that good.Some of the staff were mean and have bad attitude. Hotel tends to be overcrowded during my stay and had to wait a long time for the lift. Emercgency staircases are a dead end and can post severe danger to guest should a fire break out.
