They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.

I was late for my check in (as their reception operates from 9-6pm), staff still came down to attend to me. Staff brought me up to my room to show me around.   The location was fantastic - Just above the pavilion shopping centre and close to lots of good restaurants etc. Also the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities was very good for a family with young children.
