I booked the 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment was kept clean and cosy. The balcony was spacious. Staff was very friendly. I was late for my check in (as their reception operates from 9-6pm), staff still came down to attend to me. Staff brought me up to my room to show me around. Awesome hospitality. We lived in apartment for 4 persons. 1. Really nice and helpful personal 2. Great view from the swimming pool on the roof 3. Good location near the monorail station, shops and cafés.
all reviews » The room was nice with small kitchen and complete with utensils, microwave oven, etc. Living room and bedroom are also comfortable. Swimming pool on top of building was nice. Located near shopping malls at Bukit Bintang. A mere 3 mins walk to Lots 10, 5 mins to Sungei Wang and less than 10 mins to Berjaya Times Square. Amazing location within walking distance to pretty much everything, but maybe twin towers. Top floor swimming pool was great. Love the apartment.. very near to Lot10, Sungei Wang Plaza, awalking distance to Berjaya Times Square and LRT Bukit Bintang.. best security system for the all hotel spetialy if you have family spend some time alone. great location, just 1 min from monorail-station Bukit-Bintang, very friendly personal. Not sure it was the correct place, even though already reach the front of the building according to GPS location. Need to call the lady doing the reception. She will come down to meet you. Park fees is high in the building. Have to park car at Berjaya Times Square at $8 per day. Didn't have front reception, but if you want that I guess you'd be paying double. they did not get me internet as they promise me , and it is not free. it was bad view from my windows: next building just in 5meters from our hotel :). The building hiding behind shopping mall and need to be careful when walk in dark night. Nothing. Lack of wifi. Intercom facilities poor. No free parking. no front disk for this company, they close after 5 PM. The bathroom floods when you take a shower as have no shower screens. One of the Security guard not helpful & friendly.... The staff had no idea what they were doing with regards to charging for our booking. Also the water was switched off for no reason. By the time they asked us to pack & change rooms, the water was miraculously reconnected. No apology from staff. The hotel has no reception and dificult to get staff. Stayed in a 2 room apartment but only 1 bathroom. Should have separate bathroom. It's difficult to have to wait for your turn to use the bathroom. Should be carpeted. There's no receptionist at the lobby. Need to call, using IDD for them to come down to meet us. No hotel signage - taxi drivers do not know of the place. Price quite exorbitant Aircond unit in living area is out of service Oven unit is only for show Have to pay for my own parking fee..being charge on hourly basis!!.
