The security guys helped make me feel safe and the taxi service stand was again always h - I loved the hotel and their staff were very friendly and helpful .. even the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the wifi is good b

  The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall.   The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4 pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine ... what people say » free of charge which was really a great help. The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely Room is specious and clean Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants Defiantly

  thanks managment very friendly staff mr jojo and mr rahman who are really they know their job pavilion should proud of such as this staff all was good while i was there fo 14 days just maybe more check for bathroom service need befor guest enter i give 9 out of 10 - Very helpful staff.   We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where.
