The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.
