  We booked Superior room and requested for connecting rooms but due to non availabity, the hotel staff upgraded our room without additional charge. It's close proximity to shopping, eatery and airport. My kids love the pool and bicycle which is available to guests. Almost all the time we stayed here, we got a room upgrade. They were very quick to respond and all transfers went smoothly. - The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. It's worth it staying here. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals.   We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Plus so near to 2 trains makes it accessible to all places. To go to p... what people say » etronas use their free shuttle. Huge traffic jams all over, so best use trains. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl - The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
