The staff were very friendly and courteous I emailed to organise car
transfers to and from the airport and then car transfer to business
meetings duing the week. They were very quick to respond and all
transfers went smoothly.
The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. It's worth it
staying here. The staffs are helpful, always smile and greet you. The
food was great and have lots of choices.all reviews »

The food was average a wide selection for breakfast, however the food

We are not informed that sandals and slipers are not allowed at the cafe.
They took my EZLink card which I placed at the electricity pocket after housekeeping without even telling us! After we reported, the card was not "found".
Take some time to verify searching online booking in the front office.
the hotel rate was charged higher than wht i have booked through letsbookhotel.com they charged me around RM150/day higher and no explanation given.

the swimming pool is in medium size and not able to acccomondate more than 30 people.. the freezer in the room is dead slow in chilling items..Difficult to get taxi,food test is below average specially in room service..
the attitude of the receptionist staff, less friendly.
Firstly this is an Islamic hotel hence no alcohol is served. Arrived with a heavy suitcase and no hotel staff came to assist. Had coffee and juices and they could not charge it to my room. When dry cleaning was delivered to my room he asked for the bill to be paid by cash! In all my travels these issues have never happen before. Will never ever stay in this hotel again.
