  Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. Owner is extremly helpful and nice. Best hotel for the price. We will be back next year. - Bathrooms were very modern and well kept. Very nice people.

  The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  Staff was great, friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel was in a section of town very easy to get to from Metro with lots of good restaurants around. - Proximity to station and train to airport. No problems walking even at night. Excellent continental buffet breakfast

We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

Very convinient and has beautiful decoration. You can use the terrace all day and night, romantic, perfect for couples or even for group of friends. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.
