Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. Owner is extremly helpful and nice. Best hotel for the price. We will be back next year. Bathrooms were very modern and well kept. Very nice people.Friendly family service. magnificent staff.
