I stayed with my mom and we would like to thanks to Elisa the receptionist who was dealing with us. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times. The continental breakfast was tasty and delicious and the staff so nice and fast. Good location, peaceful area. Room was basic but fine, breakfast was also alright (toast, pastries, yogurt, cereals + juice, tea & coffee). If you like live music playd with accordion every night there's a restaurant on the street level were someone played (pretty well) every night - if you don't like it, it might be a problem.
all reviews » The hotel was in a very good position, in the centre of the city and near Termini station. The room was very homey and clear and the staff was kindly and cooperative. The breakfast was very good and full of delicious croissants. I really recommend this lovely hotel to everyone. The room was clean, quiet and large enough for 2 people. Friendly and helpful staff.It's 20-30 min walk from the main station and 30 min walk from Fontana di Trevi/Piazza di Spagna. I like the quiet we had, it was quite clean and the bed was comfortable. The baroom had a lot of clean towels everyday. Good location, comfy room. Clean and spacious. Only a 10 minute walk from Termini bus & train station. Located close to Termini Station and city centre. The breakfast was good. Very clean in the room and comfy bed would not come back here or recommend. The location was nice, with a fine enoteca in the street. Sheets and floor were clean and bed was comfortable. nothing. Just only one elevator and we had to take the stairs all the times. No minibar although it was mentioned on hotel's own homepage. The breakfast could start a bit earlier than 8 o'clock (difficult when leaving early to airport or participating some day trips). The reception wasn't so easy to find first because there are no signs downstairs indicating where it actually is (on the 1st floor, rooms on the 4th and 5th floors). The water from the taps was not enaugh, maybe because we were in the fith floor. Room N16. There was something wrong with our shower mixer tap - it was impossible to get a constant water temperature for a long time. Shower's drain worked bad, so the bathroom can get flooded a little. everything was positive... the entrance to the hotel is the entrance to other hotels too... so hard to find it first time. elevator not practical. that no wifi. Air conditioning was broken and it hasn't been repaired during our stay, it wasn't too hot because the room was well-ventilated even though we payed for room air-conditioned. Broken shower curtain. Loose shower fixtures. There was a problem with the wi-fi in our room, we could reach it only in the corridor. The water in the shower were barely hot. Problems with hot water Majority of stuff doesn't speak English. The bathroom was too small and the water at the shower head it haven't enough pressure. One of receptionists was so rude and when we asked for help regarding on off bus and where the station was she was quite aggressive shouting 'what do you want' breakfast was ok but table cloths were filthy dirty. Three very bad points: (1) The noise because of the restaurant downstairs. (2) The size of the room which was tiny for 4 persons. (3) Above all the shower was not working at all, impossible to maintain a decent temperature. We informed the person at the lobby to no avail, the manager was on holiday and the repairman was ill. So we suffered during 4 days, alternatively getting burnt and chilled. A discount would have been fair but they didn't give one. The walls were dirty, particularly at the head of the bed where the previous occupants had rested their heads. The view was exceptionally grim - dirty, unfinished walls, squalid ground area. 5 "hotels" in one building - most strange. A really depressing place. -The room was totally dirty and was smelling bad -no hot water during all day -very small room -no daylight,the darkest room i've ever stayed -too old,poor and bad design -hate touching the sheets on the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!.
